Junki Fujimoto
The rustling of the forest, the wind blowing through, the sunlight shining into your eyes, the texture of the fabric, the lumps of paint, the colors.
Each one depicts the definite feeling and presence of something that is there.
Focusing on the properties of the materials, she dyes the fabric by hand and uses it in layers, carefully selecting and caring for each piece so that it complements the unique qualities and scenes of the motif.
The images that emerge physically from the lumps of cloth and paint create a tangible sense of the flowers, the light that surrounds them, and the air.
1997年 三重県生まれ。
